Birds singing in the sycamore tree, dream a little dream of me.

001 hello peaches! i've been working on an awful lot at the moment and one of the particular tasks in hand is the series above. alexa is definitely one of the prettiest girls i have ever photographed and i cannot wait to photograph her in the summer, sometime when we aren't numb would be a dream! i have never particularly been into manipulating actual image composition however, that bench was really irritating me! i feel like i have cheated a little bit, but what do you all think? i'm always fascinated by before and afters,

002 i cannot wait to get up my 2012 highlights post as well, i feel as though red brick lipstick has completely skipped christmas and new year celebrations, but they are on their way!

  10. I didn't notice the missing bench until I read the text - its not noticeable that you've edited it away at all - i'm sure you're going to get really good with practise :) I wish I had the patience for this kind of thing but i've always been awful at photo manipulation! happy new year! X

  19. I love your outfit, simple but effective. Although coosy a very mild winter. It gives the desires of tea like.

Love, unicorns and glitter on you. <3

  20. I've never been one for actual image manipulation either but the bench really detracts from Alexa, who we are supposed to be looking at (and is far prettier than the bench), so it's a great idea to take it out and you can't even tell.

I also love how you have edited it so her skin looks like porcelain. xx

  21. It was a good idea to get rid of the bench it really cleans up the image without it. I absolutely adore your blog, I've been following for a very long time but felt too shy to comment. I started mine in August and hopefully this is the year it really takes off :)
