001 hello beauts! today i attended the 13th boux avenue store opening in cabot circus, a beautiful lingerie shop owned by entrepreneur theo paphitis. if you haven't been into a boux avenue shop it's an incredible experience and urge you to go for the feeling of being in a huge dressing room that feels like yours to prance about in lace, chiffons and dusty pinks.
002 the changing rooms were by far the most amazing i've ever been in, complete with lighting you can change yourself to get the feel of the garments at different times of the day, and a concierge to call with the press of a button! each little dressing room is named after fabrics like silk and chiffon and is carpeted just like your own little luxury boudoir.
003 i'll have another post up with all the goodies press received but i couldn't wait to share these charlotte olympia meets marc jacobs slippers i bought! i fell head over heels in love with them and couldn't wait to get to the till and make them mine. once having ladened myself with things to buy everything was wrapped, put in a pretty box and sprinkled with rose petals, a service they offer for free and for everyone, it really doesn't get much more magical then that.
004 i think i could probably go on and on about this wonderful event because it was definitely the best i've been to! so i'll leave you with the pictures above and hope that you check out a boux avenue shop for yourself because the pictures won't do it justice!

ReplyDeletei adore boux avenue! especially all their white chiffon scented products. their stores are just so pretty they make me want to buy everything. can't tell you how much i wanted to buy that garter when i last went even though i have no use for it at all! xx
ReplyDeleteBoux Avenue is my favourite! Their Metro Centre store opened just before Christmas with a huge 70% off sale and I've bought around 9 sets (and won one, too!) since. I think it's quite pricey but their sales are definitely worth hanging around for! xx
